The Man I Love

The Man I Love

“Just go and try your best if you mess up just try again”. Those are the words said by my dad before I compete.  Admiration of my dad for being encouraging and not giving up.                                                Although it’s hard my dad doesn’t give up. If he messes up he will find another way. When what he’s doing doesn’t sound right he’ll try it just to make sure. He will always finish what he starts. Now he finishes his job not to be done but to enjoy what he has done.Another reason is to move on to other projects.    He can also be encouraging. Whatever I do he is there to support me. He tells me that I can do good in things. Lastly he helps me achieve my goals. Perhaps he’s an encourager because he loves me, but after everything he just cares if I have fun.  One time I was sick before I was about to compete and he told me to try my best and it was fine. With my dad being encouraging and not giving up it showed me how I should be.

My Birthday At Outback

Smack! They put down our food and desert, then sang loudly the Birthday Song it was about to happen…It was my Birthday and I was celebrating with Sean,  I was at my house waiting anxiously for them to get here then I saw headlights it was them.

I excitingly got into the car and we too off to…Outback! When we got there we were seated the ordered food. Once we got our food we ate and were stuffed.

Then all of the Outback staff came out and sang “Happy Birthday”. Next they came out with an ooey gooey brownie with ice cream running down the side and making a sweet yummy puddle at the bottom. Then a man came over to our table and said”I’m a Christian and I believe that you should celebrate your birthday” So he pulled out his old leather wallet that looked liked he had it for years and pulled out $5 that was crinkled but I didn’t care.

So he gave us each $5 dollars and we told him thank you and we left.I had a great time and got to spend time with very good friends at a very good restaurant and that’s all that matters.

Memories & Plans

3 things I will always remember of 2013. My first memory will be my birthday on September 12, 2013.I woke up to the smell of cinnamon rolls fresh out of the oven. Then I realized I had some presents, but it was a school day so I had to eat and go to school. From there on my birthday was fun, even when I got home.Another memory will be when I went to New Mexico. My siblings were at church camp and I got to go to  New Mexico. When we left it was going to be a two day trip so I just laid down and took a nap. After a while we stopped in Amarillo at a hotel for the night. The next day we made it to New Mexico about noon.We were still 2 hours away from our hotel. It was a fun 2 hours because all there was were mountains that we got to  go around, up, down, and through. When we did get there we unloaded in the room and watched tv until it was time for bed.Next morning, I got donuts from the lobby and went to the gift shop where my grandparents were working [ It was a motorcycle rally]. A few days later we drove back to Amarillo and stayed the night. The next day I got dropped off at my house with great memories. The last memory is back when I first met the 5th grade teachers :Mrs. Ganong,Mrs.Mcfall,Mrs.Owens,Mrs.Hollon and Mr. McBride. 2 new goals I have for this year is to get better at basketball and get good grades something I’d like to stop is biting my nails and then I would like to learn something new in math.Four books I want to Read are 4 new goosebump books. I can do this stuff by working hard.

My Veteran

My Veteran is my dad he fought in Dessert Storm as a Marine, he is an amazing dad and I would rather have nobody else as my father. He supports me in all I do and we have good times together he is the one person I look up to. He is the best dad I could ever wish to have.
